♥ Helpless
i hate feeling helpless
but i can't do anything
because there's no way to fix this
i never thought this would happen
but that is why they always say
never say never
everything might be going alright
but what you don't know
is they are actually hiding the truth from you
what is worse
when you're dealing with other issues too
it might not matter to anyone else
but it matters like hell to you
no one to call out for
no one can help
the poor little you.

Thank God Spring semester is ending!
Seems like every week I have to hand in an assignment or prepare for quiz..
Just had my last presentation yesterday and now is time to prepare for my final exams!
Weekends were never weekends to me. People would be chilling but not for me. Tons of things to do which I do not like it AT ALL.
Want this to be over ASAP.

Never knew it exist. Hit me like a ray of sun.

♥ Look Outside
I love staring outside the window. Or maybe just staring at something without thinking about anything. To simplify it, dreaming.
That is the view from my classroom on Thursdays. It was going to rain. Lighting and thunder were rumbling every now and then.
I can even see my old house. The peach one. Or is it pink colour? It's quite obvious. Not those pink roof though.. Sigh. I miss my neighbourhood (except the stupid robbers and snatch thieves! If is not because of all of you, I might still be staying here) I don't know how many times I witness all these snatch thieves and robbers.
Especially that row in my house. People used that road to walk across to Summit, take the bus, and so on. Every single day, you will hear stories about someone got snatched of their handbags and so on on that street.
I still remember there was one night, when my grandpa woke up in the middle of the night to pee. It was his habit to walk to the window and just look outside after he went to the toilet. That night, he saw a tall and skinny man trying to open my dad's car. Grandpa quickly hit the window to ring the alarm in order to frightened that man. But no, he was STILL TRYING his luck to open the damn door. My mum went to the balcony and shouted at him haha the man turnaround and shouted back at my mum. "Tiu nya sing, fan lei ge gao lah." In translation, go back to sleep lah you.
My dad (SUPER BLUR after waking up like this) took his parang and baseball bat and ran out the house to chase him. The man quickly ran away. Dad tried to chase him but he went in to some alley which we stop him because we don't know whether there are more of these motherfuckers hiding in the alley.
There was another incident, where I was standing at the balcony looking outside and my mum and brother was outside standing at the opposite park. A man was walking minding his own business when two motorbike came and just punch that man and start searching in that man's pocket for money. My mum and brother was so afraid they wanted to run back in the house but the motorbikes were there. So I shouted at my mum to run back up the park. I tell you, that was the scariest shit ever watching my mum and brother standing there helplessly. And I shouted "OI" at the motorbike dudes. seriously what's wrong with me. As if I can fight them all. Anyway they rode off and the man picked up his leftover of his takeaway and walk back home. I guess that was my mum's last straw of wanting to stay there.
I've seen all these stupid shits for countless times and I never want it to happen to me, my family, and especially my friends. I remember walking to Summit with my neighbour Kim and her parents and a motorbike dude was robbing a lady's phone. That lady did not want to let go her phone! That motherfucker kept kicking the lady's stomach. Then Kim's dad ran towards her and wanting to help but when the motherfucker saw, he rode off.
We were like living in fear. Don't know when will it be our turn.
So please be careful my dear friends! And go rot in hell you motherfuckers.

♥ Original People
My laptop seriously is giving me problems. First it offs itself every two hours, then it decided to shut down an hour earlier. Brought the laptop to Dr. Douglas to reformat it. Came back and everything seems fine until today, it decided not to ON for me. I want a new one!!! MacBukuPro? hehe
Anywayyyyy I wanna write about my orang asli trip! That way, many many many years later, I can read back and remember this trip.
It was for my Anthropology class thingy. We had to choose an orang asli village to visit and record a video out of it by asking them questions like their beliefs, traditions, culture, customs, their work life and etc etc.
My group had 8 people inside including me and we cannot go to the same village with the rest of the groups in class. So I don't know howwww but we ended up deciding to go to Jerantut.
I didn't know how far or long was it to go to Jerantut until I google-d it. It was a 3 hour drive! OMG. We had to take two cars. And we met in college at 6am. I was so excited for the trip I did not sleep at all. Plus I'm the one who drove to Jerantut. -.-
Not only it was a 3 hour drive to Jerantut town, we had to drive another one hour to the jetty to take a sampan ride to the orang asli. SAMPAN. omg. Frightened the hell out of me when my group mate told me we had to take a sampan to the destination. I do not know how to swim and I don't feel safe in/on water. =/
So low right.. It's like sitting on the water... Imagine 8 of us plus the Pegawai from the Orang Asli department and the sampan dude, on this sampan. When I sat on the wooden plank, it felt like I was sitting on the water. Summore halfway the journey to the village, the sampan didn't move because the waves were strong and the sampan just couldn't move at all...... Panic gila.. The sampan dude frightened us summore.. He said "Uh oh, tak boleh gerak.. Tolak!!" I really pushed the sampan with my ass.. but everyone else was laughing thinking it was funny because the sampan didn't move. wtf. When the waves chilled, the sampan moved again.
BTW, it was only a 10-15 minutes sampan ride hehe
Finally we reached the village! There was only a few houses on the village.
They told us to build a home takes three to four days and if is only a hut, it takes half a day. And the women are the ones who build the houses and men only need to prepare the tools. Girl Power!
The orang asli showed us how to make fire using the traditional way. Super amazing that one. Then he asked us to try the "sumpit" which is something like a blowpipe weapon. Soooo reminded me of Russell Peters and his KFC joke. hehe
When we wanted to take pictures with the orang asli kids they ran away! Shy! So we had to like chase them -.-
In this trip I learned a lot about them. They do not look like Malaysians at all. They totally look African. Curly hair and really tan skin. Well they are call the Negritos. So I guessed they were all kinda forced to be orang Melayu because they told us they used to eat pork. And before we left, we asked them what changes do they want in their lives and they said they want a school for them because when they go to the school at the town, the Malay kids laughed and teased them for being orang asli kids. wtf. The orang asli kids were shy so they quit school.
Anyway the head chief in the village called them all and we took a nice group picture.
Tiring but super fun trip!
xoxo.
